A: As much information as possible, the more information we have about the issue and application of the pump, the better. This will help us when making our diagnosis and identify any potential issues between the spec of the pump and application it is being used for.
Q: Do you use genuine Graco parts?
A: Yes, we only ever use OEM-certified Graco components. This ensures the integrity of the product and provides you with the same high-quality you expect.
Q: Can I send in my pump for repair?
A: Absolutely, this is our preferred method as it allows us more time to test and diagnose any issues.
Q: How long do repairs typically take?
A: This can vary depending on the issue diagnosed and whether or not parts need to be ordered in for your service/repair. We do hold stock of a large amount of spares and repair kits, but we judge it on a case by case basis. We will quote an approximate time scale once the issue has been diagnosed.
