The Husky 3300, 3 inch (76.2 mm), pneumatic double diaphragm pumps feature a four bolt joint design, which provides even sealing pressure for leak-free operation and a three-piece manifold for increased installation flexibility
Firstly, we have overall improved efficiency, that is to say, up to 40% more efficient. As a consequence it has the highest fluid flow rate in its class. Above all it has up to 5 times longer diaphragm life when compared to other air operated diaphragm pumps.
Secondly, it is offered in ATEX configuration.
Thirdly, flow rates up to 300 gallons per minute are possible.
The one-piece centre section of the Husky 3300 eliminates leaks and reduces maintenance when compared to other diaphragm pumps.
The Graco 3300 model has fitted a modular stall-resistant air valve design and incorporates a four-bolt joint design. Therefore, as a result, there is an even sealing pressure for leak-free operation. On top of this the robust aluminium fluid section can handle the most abrasive applications.
The modular air valve is both stall-resistant and efficient. In addition, it has a quick replacement feature with easy four-bolt design.
The Graco 3300 designed pilot valves allow faster change over with spring loaded pilot valves. This results in reduced pulsation and improves efficiency. In addition to this, it is also externally serviceable.
Three-piece manifolds allow for increased installation flexibility.
