The Graco QUANTM i230 is a new 3″ electric-operated double diaphragm pump designed for high-flow industrial fluid transfer applications.

Combining the flexibility of a diaphragm pump with the efficiency and control of an electric drive, the QUANTM i230 provides an efficient alternative to traditional air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps. It helps reduce energy consumption, operating costs and reliance on compressed-air systems.

Up to 870 l/min without compressed air

The QUANTM i230 is the largest pump in the QUANTM industrial range, providing up to 870 l/min of flow with a maximum fluid pressure of 6.9 bar.

For applications currently using large AODD pumps, the i230 offers a way to move high volumes of fluid using electric power rather than compressed air. The result is a high-flow pumping solution that can help reduce the load on plant air systems while providing consistent and controllable fluid transfer.
