The Graco Husky 1590 is a robust air-operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump. Designed for reliable fluid transfer across a wide range of industrial applications.

As a part of Graco’s Husky range of pneumatic diaphragm pumps, the Husky 1590 provides dependable positive displacement pumping for applications where higher fluid flow and reliable operation are required. Its robust construction and flexible configuration options make it suitable for everything from general fluid transfer to demanding industrial processes.

The Husky 1590 is available in a range of configurations, with different fluid-section, diaphragm, ball and seat materials available to suit different fluids and operating conditions.

  • Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air operated diaphragm pumps in its class.
  • Expanded material offering to handle endless applications.
  • Fewer parts than industry peers, the air valve is externally accessible so it can be serviced quickly and easily without uninstalling the diaphragm pump.
  • Fluid pressure up to 8.4 bar (120 psi).
  • Offered in ATEX configuration.
  • Delivery up to 341 lpm (90 gpm), depending on configuration and operating conditions.
  • Available in multiple material configurations including: Aluminium, Stainless Steel, PVDF & Polypropylene.
